Welcome to Sacred Heart Catholic School
Thank you for expressing an interest in enrolling your child/ren at Sacred Heart School. Sacred Heart School has a long tradition of providing a quality Catholic education in a positive loving, Christian environment. Every child in our school is seen as a gift from God and is encouraged to be their best.
New students will need the following items to complete the registration process:
- Completed Application
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Social Security card
- Health/Physical/Shot Record (required by State of
Tennessee)
- Transcripts from last school attended (transfers only)
- Baptismal/Sacramental Records (Catholic students only)
Registration must be complete in early August of each school year. All forms not turned in at pre-registration, in the spring, must be turned in at this time.
